Designed as a mixed-use residential quarter, the LQC impresses with modern residential architecture, a colourful façade design and an intensively landscaped inner courtyard with an integrated play area. A total of 195 rental apartments and six commercial units are available over five full storeys and one staggered storey. With eight stairwells, all of which have a lift, a shared underground car park, bicycle parking spaces, utility rooms and tenant cellars in the basement, the LQC also offers a high level of comfort outside the apartments.

The ground-floor apartments are allocated garden areas and terraces on the inner courtyard side. The most apartments on the upper floors feature a balcony or loggia. In addition to the barrier-free accessibility of all apartments, 13 residential units will be prepared for wheelchair access, and 4 residential units will be completely wheelchair accessible.
